Manisha brings two decades of experience in the business & social sectors combined with leadership transformation and coaching to enhance capabilities of individuals, groups and enterprises across UK & India through the organisation Social Brilliance.
She is currently heading GAP - Global Action on Poverty in India, an organisation that accelerates the journeys of Changemakers in India and around the world. Manisha also conducts leadership programmes to generate purposeful leaders that can take on seemingly impossible missions that change our societies. She has worked on large transformational programmes with T-Mobile, O2, Cable & Wireless and Virgin Media, gave her insights and understanding of the impact businesses can have on our global
societies and economies.
She also brought richness and clarity to purposeful leadership programmes for women leaders for over 3 years with companies & charities such as Colliers CRE, BDO Stoy Hayward, Nationwide, Save the Children and NEST in the UK. In 2001, she co-founded DAWN – a hub for Asian women in England to work with the aspirations and potential of Asian women.
Manisha has an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India and is a trained Executive Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She also trained on the International Co-Active Leadership Programme with CTI in the US. She is an active visionary speaker and consultant on social and world change.
